Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Forever Twink.

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
