All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During sales, promotions, product launches, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India mainland.

At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹200.
  • Orders below ₹200 may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to an additional handling fee

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment is lost or an error occurs on our part.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations across India.

forevertwink reserves the right to limit or disable COD services for certain pin codes, products, or order values.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and supporting images.

We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.
