Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return if:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item is free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at forevertwink@gmil.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back according to the provided instructions.
Forever Twink reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Return Shipping
For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Forever Twink will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
- UPI Payments: 3-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Net Banking: 5-10 business days
- Wallet Payments: 3-7 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds3>
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI Transfer
- Store Credit
Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Exchanges
Subject to availability, eligible products may be exchanged for:
- A different size
- A replacement for a defective item
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- Returned products that fail quality inspection.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.
- Returns initiated after the specified return window.
- Returns sent without prior approval from our customer service team.
